2060S

Tekno’s 2060S (patent applied for) conveyors feature “Double-Plus” conveyor speeds at the entrance and exit of the line.

When a pallet is introduced to Tekno’s synchronous line, it “double pluses” to contact the dogs. Once the pallet is stopped by the dogs, the pallet is conveyed at the speed of the dogs (pallet is now located between leading and trailing dogs).

In addition, the product accelerates (double-pluses) off of the conveyor as soon as the leading dogs drop away over the drive end.

There is added value of being able to changeover Tekno’s Non-Synchronous (2060NS) to Synchronous simply by changing out the chain and simple programming changes.
