We do not offer steel conveyor options, but we do partner with a company that does. Innovative Conveyance Solutions (ICS) builds steel conveyors that complement our technology. Contact us if you’d like to learn more about ICS.
We’re happy to sign NDA agreements. We have them standing with all of our current customers and we do not share trade secrets or any confidential information.
We have a team of installers that also help assembly the equipment. They’ll travel to the job site and install, so the same crew that installs the equipment are the ones that were actually involved in the assembly. This ensures they are familiar with the unique needs of your equipment.
Typically the best way to request support is to contact your project engineer. They will answer or return your call within hours. We also have a 24-hour support line you can call in the event of an emergency.
Yes, we have a full team of mechanical engineers, controls engineers, and technicians dedicated to improving our products, creating new products, and testing. Each product and/or improvement is rigorously tested to ensure it meets the needs of our customer prior to being put into production. Yes, our engineers and technicians have all been certified by UL. Each panel assembled at Tekno is ensured to meet UL’s testing criteria prior to shipment.
Yes, we’ve got our own in-house staff of mechanical and controls engineers who design all of our systems.
Yes, our product engineers are dedicated to making the best possible products. Ninety percent of the parts in our system are designed and built at Tekno.
At Tekno, we have a dedicated R&D Department whose sole purpose is to listen to customers’ needs and go through rigorous testing processes in order to make sure all issues are brought up and addressed before going into a production environment.
